Our Cirrus SR20 G3 with Garmin Perspective Avionics is the perfect platform for long trips and weekend hire. We purchased this aircraft in 2023 to support our fixed wing fleet. The primary flight trainers are great at what they do but they lack imagination in certain areas, on top of this they are busy carrying out the ab-initio training leaving only small slots for licensed pilots to hire them. The SR20 fills this gap perfectly and we actively encourage hirers to take the aircraft away for a weekend or even week long flying adventure.

The aircraft’s 140KTAS cruise speed makes up for the extra cost as you arrive at your destination so much quicker. The aircraft is equipped with modern Garmin G1000 Perspective Avionics and full autopilot making IMC flying a dream with plenty of redundancy such as twin alternators and twin batteries. On top of this the aircraft is equipped with Cirrus’ Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) which provides one last lifeline in an extreme emergency situation.

The Cirrus SR20 sits in the SEP category so conversion training varies from person to person, however we have a well structured Cirrus Conversion Course taken from Cirrus themselves which will guide you through the process of getting comfortable with this more complex aircraft.
